These Terms of Service apply when you access The Olive Selection website, contact us about an order or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We sell Spanish olive oil and related food products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, volumes, ingredients, origin and prices are accurate.
Product appearance, packaging and labels may vary slightly from the images shown. Such variations will not affect the product’s essential characteristics.
Customers are responsible for reading the product information and label, including ingredients, storage instructions, best-before dates and allergen information. Contact us before ordering if you have an allergy, intolerance or specific dietary requirement.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT where applicable, but delivery charges may be added separately and will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
We may change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
If an obvious pricing or product-information error occurs, we will contact you before accepting the order. We will not be required to supply a product at an obviously incorrect price.
4. Placing and accepting orders
Products displayed on our website are an invitation to place an order and do not constitute acceptance of an order.
Orders may currently be arranged through WhatsApp or another method communicated on our website. We will confirm product availability, delivery or collection arrangements and the final total before payment.
An order becomes binding when we send written confirmation that it has been accepted after payment, unless we clearly agree otherwise.
We may decline an order before acceptance because a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is unavailable or an error has occurred. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the methods we make available. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Orders do not need to be prepared, dispatched or made available for collection until payment has been received, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
6. Delivery and collection
Local delivery and collection are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Estimated delivery or collection times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. We will contact you if a significant delay occurs.
Customers must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be charged where reasonable and legally permitted.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights when products are faulty, damaged, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

Products must be stored and used according to the instructions on their packaging. Customers should check that packaging and seals are intact before use.
Do not consume a product if it appears damaged, contaminated or unsafe. Contact us promptly and retain the product and packaging while we investigate.

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for business losses when products are purchased solely for personal use.
